Android Live Transcribe
This new Android Accessibility service is available to download as an app on the Google Play store. After installing the app, turn on Live Transcribe in your phone’s Accessibility settings and tap on the app to use it.
Microsoft 365 Transcribe Your Recordings
The transcribe feature converts speech to a text transcript with each speaker individually separated. After your conversation, interview, or meeting, you can revisit parts of the recording by playing back the timestamped audio and edit the transcription to make corrections.
Microsoft Voice Typing
With voice typing, you can enter text on your PC by speaking. Voice typing uses online speech recognition, which is powered by Azure Speech services.

Dictate Text on Iphone or Ipad
With Dictation on iPhone, you can dictate text anywhere you can type it. You can also use typing and Dictation together—the keyboard stays open during Dictation so you can easily switch between voice and touch to enter text.
Voice Control on Your Mac
With Voice Control, you can navigate and interact with your Mac using only your voice instead of a traditional input device. Requires macOS Catalina 10.15 or later.

Google Docs Type With Your Voice

Otter.ai
Otter provides faculty and students with real-time captions and notes for in-person and virtual lectures, classes or meetings. Basic features are free but more advanced or more time features do come with a price.
PrizmoGo
Prizmo Go lets you grab printed or handwritten text easily, so you don’t have to retype it. Prizmo Go can read the text aloud, and it also offers a number of interactions with text contents. You can simply copy/paste the text to other apps or to your Mac.
